What kind of payment do you accept?

All major cards are accepted by us, namely Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

If I want to modify or cancel an order, how do I do it?

You need to contact our customer service department by phone if you want to cancel or modify the order. Please feel free to contact at our toll free number between 9am to 6pm, Eastern Time, Monday to Friday. You are not eligible to cancel or modify the order once it has been shipped.

Where and how can I check the status of my order?

To check the status of your package, you can contact our customer service department. Call at our toll-free number between 9am to 6pm, Eastern Time, from Monday to Friday. You can even send us an email regarding the status to [email protected]

How can I avail a promotional code?

Once you are at the checkout page, you will see a box labelled “promotional code”. You need to type the promotional code at the check box and click “APPLY” button to place your order.

What is the process I need to follow if there is a problem with my order?

If you face any problem or there is any damage on the package you ordered caused due to negligence during shipping, then you need to contact our Customer Service department immediately at our toll-free number. You can call us at 0000 between 9am to 6pm, Eastern Time, Monday to Friday. If you have ordered an oversized rug and face problem in it, you need to follow a special procedure.

How much time does it take for my order to arrive?

There are back orders which usually take time to create and usually the suppliers do not possess stock so it is difficult to predict when your order will be shipped. But whenever it is possible, we will do our best to inform you the exact time and date of your shipping date.

Can I know more about your return policy?

We process a 30 day In-Home trail policy on each rug we sell. But it is not applicable for custom rugs and products that are sold during clearance sale as well as opened rug pads. You can return your rugs if you are dissatisfied with our rugs and no questions will be asked. Although please note that return shipping cost will be bared by you.

Please note that if any damage is incurred to the package which doesn’t have any return authorization number or is sent after 30 days of issue of RA# will be subject to 20% service fee or may be refused.

How and will my credit card be charged?

You will be charged in your credit card soon after you click the “Submit Order” button at the checkout counter.

How do the credit card pending and authorization charges work?

For pending charges if you use a credit card while purchasing but due to some reason it was not completed, or an order was cancelled or when an order is still processing but a charge was levied on your card which appears on your statement later on, then it is only because your financial institution have placed a temporary authorization. This is to ensure that your order will still go through even if anything goes wrong.

For credit card authorization, every time you place an order via credit or debit card, it will hold an authorization amount in order to confirm that your card is valid. This hold will be released within a period of 3-5 days. Even for orders which were cancelled the hold would be released only after a period of 3-5 working days. The length of your hold is not determined by us but by your bank or financial institution that issues your card and it varies from bank to bank. No amount will be charged if you have cancelled your order.

When will my refund be credited to my account?

The moment we receive your refund merchandise we will inspect the item and verify if it is soiled/damaged or not. Once the verification process is complete, we will credit the amount. The bank might take days to process your credit card before it is finally showed in your statement.

Rugsforever.com Delivery

Any standard curb-side rug is delivered to contiguous USA for free when you purchase from Rugsforever.com.

However, if you have selected special white glove delivery which is available for few selected rugs, you need to pay an additional cost of $119 per rug. If you want to avail white glove delivery, our representative will contact you to schedule an appointment so that the rug will be delivered to you in your convenient time as well as place the rug at the space you want it. This service includes the delivery guys going up to a maximum of 2 flights of stairs, unpacking and removing the covers, positioning the rug pads if ordered, rolling the rug and installing it at the space you want. It doesn’t include trimming or cutting your rug pad or moving furniture to make space for your rug.

For while glove installation two service guy would be at your place at your appointment time and would be there for at least 30 minutes to set up the rug. this service is available only for few rugs and if the rug you are purchasing has the facility then it will be shown at the time of checkout.
