Do you ship internationally?
Yes, We ship around the world. We have customer base in U.S. & Canada, All over Europe as well as Australia, Japan and most of the South East Asean countries.
What do you charge for shipping?
Since we are ourselves producer of rugs and work on “High Volume-Low Price”, we are able to offer the rugs on free shipping basis.
How do I track my order?
We ship most of the orders via UPS. Once your order is shipped, you would receive e mail from us updating you with tracking nr. If you have any questions related to the tracking of your order, please send an e-mail to: info@rugsforever.com.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship the ordered rug on the very next day of receipt of the order. Normally it takes between five to seven business days to arrive the rugs to the client. based upon the destination.
How do I properly receive an oversized rug?
Prior to delivering your rug, the carrier will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery appointment. Kindly note that the driver is only required to deliver the item “curbside” at your driveway. If you require assistance to get the rug inside your home, please arrange for it prior to the arrival of the item.
Please carefully check that your order upon delivery to insure the item is not damaged. If you encounter a problem, please do one of the following:
FOR VISIBLE DAMAGE: When the packaging show visible signs of damage, open the item to inspect the contents, and ask the driver to inspect the contents with you. Then write a exact description of the damage on both your copy and the freight carrier’s copy of the delivery receipt.
If you feel like this merchandise is damaged beyond repair then the merchandise should be REFUSED.
FOR CONCEALED LOSS OR DAMAGE – NO VISIBLE DAMAGE TO THE PACKAGING:
As soon as possible after receipt of the package, unpack and inspect your shipment. Should you find concealed loss or damage, report it to the freight carrier immediately and request an inspection within 3 days of the delivery date. Until you receive your inspection, please leave the containers and packing materials as they were when you first found the loss or damage. We shall arrange the inspection within 3 days once you notify us about damage.
